Autodesk Navisworks scene rendered in Realtime with Unreal Engine

One of my client from USA wanted his Navisworks scene to be rendered in realtime. The datasmith for Navisworks was not released that time so I faced some difficulty in optimizing the scene. But learnt some really cool techniques to reduce the poly and object count in minutes with a tiny 3DS Max script!

The Cloud Office is another interactive model of ArchViz made by Mixeal. Cloud Office is specially designed for Oculus Quest. This model is made in 6DOF mode that allows a person to move freely around the office.
